Shampooing Procedures

1. Our carpet cleaning specialist will start by vacuuming carpet/rug to clean up surface debris and dust.
2. Spray Ozone disinfectant to eliminate viruses, germs and bacteria.
3. Spray eco-friendly chemicals on to the item for shampooing and deodorize.
4. Scrub using soft brushes to agitate stains and dirt.
5. Wet extract and hot steam the item to remove excess water. Sanitize and deodorize.
6. Air dry item for 3 to 4 hours.

High Pressure Steam Cleaning Procedures

1. Our carpet cleaning specialist will first vacuum carpet/rug to remove first layer of dust and dirt.
2. Use a lint roller to remove remaining dust and dirt.
3. Spray Ozone disinfectant to eliminate viruses, germs and bacteria.
4. Steam clean begins. The high temperature of 160 degree Celsius helps to remove/lighten odour, kill bacteria and sanitize your carpet.
